The Agent Factory takes a description of your operation — or a demonstration of the work itself — and produces a validated, custom department pack. Describe the job, or let it watch a person do it (observed actions and narration, secrets redacted at the door) and synthesize the agent through the same governed intake. It ships fail-closed, safe by default, every capability denied, then opens rights deliberately, one scoped grant at a time.
A Forge pack inherits the same governance, least privilege, and domains-lint quality gate as the 2,020 specialists in the library: the same gate every built-in pack clears.
