This website sets no cookies: no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies. We verified this: the site returns no Set-Cookie headers. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, there is nothing to consent to, which is why you won't find a cookie banner here. If we ever introduce a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and document it on this page.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic: page views, referrers, and rough geography. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across other sites. We do not run Google Analytics or any advertising tool, and we do not build a profile of your visit.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare: Cloudflare Pages for hosting and transport security, plus Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics. To serve a page and count a visit, Cloudflare necessarily processes a connecting IP address; it sets no cookies. Everything else, fonts, images, styles, is served first-party from this domain, so your browser makes no requests to Google or any other third party.
If you email us (for example, the Book a demo or Request access links, which open your own mail client) we receive whatever you send (your email address and message) and use it solely to respond to you. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Daybreak Labs, and we keep it only as long as we need it to handle your request.
This policy covers the marketing website only. The Lightwork platform itself is self-hosted on your own infrastructure and runs egress-locked, so operational data processed by the product stays inside your environment. It does not flow back to us.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email info@daybreakailabs.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
